FOR THE KIMCHI MAYONNAISE:
- Prickly pear fruit (peeled) 2
- Ripe mango (cubed) 1
- Natural yogurt 1
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Ice cubes 4-5
Method
Start by wearing gloves and carefully peeling the prickly pear fruit to avoid touching the tiny spines. Cut into chunks and place in a blender. Blend well, then strain through a fine sieve to remove seeds for a smoother texture.

Add the peeled mango cubes to the cactus juice, followed by yogurt and honey. Blend again until smooth and creamy. If you like it cold, throw in a handful of ice cubes and blend until crushed.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a mint leaf or mango slice. This smoothie is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber, and is especially good for digestion and skin hydration.
